Burley Expects Auld Enemy Clash
George Burley has said that a Scotland vs England game could be arranged in the next two or three years.
The two teams were set to play in May, but the plans had to be abandoned due to some Scotland players' Old Firm committments.
Burley said: "The summer wasn't right for us to play because we didn't know whether Rangers or Celtic would go on tour and it worked out we would have 10 or 11 players not available and they wanted a decision then.
"But what we did say was that we wanted to play and Mr Capello said he would be interested to play and so am I.
"In the next two or three years I am sure there will be a date arranged."
