• To the rules of the Sponsored by you prize draw.
• If you win a prize that involves us using your name (one Forename and Surname) that we can use it on all or any of the following:
  • Perimeter boards at one or more football matches.
  • The website www.sponsoredbyyou.com.
  • Television programme advertising around football games covered live and/or by highlights and/or footage used at matches.
  • Match day programme advertising.
  • In any publicity around a game.

We may use your name as many or as few times as we decide and there is no minimum or maximum number of times your name will appear.

Prize Draw Rules

1. You must register with your name, address, postcode, phone number, email address, date of birth and country supported at www.sponsoredbyyou.com
2. The closing date for entry is 10.00am on 24 September 2008.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary.
4. The prize draw is only open to Nationwide customers who hold a Nationwide account, including insurance.
5. The prize draw is not open to Nationwide Group employees or their appointed agents.
6. All entries must be completed online.
7. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
8. The winning entries will be drawn at random after the closing date.
9. The winners will be notified by e-mail or phone after 10.00am on 24 September 2008.
